Susanne is a communication and leadership development expert. Her ability to build trust and give pragmatic feedback in a motivating way has enabled her to coach and inspire over 500 executives to be more effective communicators and leaders.

Susanne’s consulting style draws on her earlier career as a stage and television actor where maintaining poise under pressure, displaying authentic presence, and engaging the audience was critical. Whether giving a keynote speech, leading a seminar, or working one-on-one, Susanne is able to connect and get results.

Prior to joining Talon Performance Group, Susanne was an executive coach for Change Masters, Inc.

Susanne currently teaches communication for St. Mary’s University, where she received her Master’s degree in Arts and Cultural Management. She is certified in business etiquette and international protocol from The Protocol School of Washington, D.C.
