Meghan specializes in identifying strategic needs of legal organizations and meeting those needs with exceptional legal professionals.

Prior to joining Talon Performance Group in 2006, Meghan worked for a Minnesota law firm as an Immigration Paralegal.

Meghan is a 2006 graduate of the University of St. Thomas where she received degrees in both Legal Studies and Marketing. She is actively involved in the Minnesota Paralegal Association.
